Our POA is a non-profit corporation and this site is administrated by a team of Shadybrook IT volunteers. Response times to site issues will vary until the POA acquires resources to outsource for 24/7 site tech support.

FAQ's: As we onboard owners to this new digital portal for the first time note that current owner registration data must then be manually verified by office volunteers. Once verified, each owner will receive an approval email. Verification will not be immediate and if you attempt to login multiple times before you receive your verification email, you may generate a Site Lock Out Notification.

The new winter office hours will be as follows: M - F   10 am - 3 pm Please contact the office at 903-825-6283 if you would like to make an appointment to meet outside of these office hours.

Established in 1983, Shadybrook is a beautiful gated community nestled on the southeastern shore of Lake Palestine in northern Cherokee County. With roughly 2700 residential lots stretching across the property, the scenery will vary greatly. From lake front property to wooded retreats, there is an area for everyone to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors and the wildlife that accompanies it.
