1. **Hear property management services present what they can provide SBPOA as a bookkeeping and collections service.
2. Discuss and hear bids on Christine culvert and road repairs.

Stated 1 bid from B Matlock was incomplete

Bid from Gomez was $19,850 Plus fill material

Bid from J Murphy was $3,500 plus fill material

Bid was awarded to Jason Murphy

• Discuss Rogue board members.

Rogue board member is B Fraser – President since he was using his Debity card for purchases and being reimbursed

• Discuss Payroll account (using old Maintenance account for payroll)

Revealed old maintenance bank account was converted into the payroll account to make banking records more transparent

   lV. Membership Open Forum

      Owners who have signed up

         1. Carol Clark was demanding a full audit of our books

2. Rick LeBlanc – Listed to speak about having audit, but questioned property

   management allegiance: Property owner’s or board

         3. Shae Young (Not a property owner) Questioned insurance on vehicles

         4. Erika Rigsby Spoke about gates were discussed and voted on and passed

             Also, spoke about 3-way stop at Chelsea and Caroline Ln.
