Property members wishing to speak must be acknowledged by the Chairperson properly

Each Member properly recognized by the President or Chairperson will have no more than two (2) minutes to speak. If someone else who is recognized by the Chair may not yield their speaking time to someone who has already spoken.

PLEASE BE ADVISED:  THIS IS A WORKING BOARD MEETING.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK IN THE MEMBERSHIP OPEN FORUM, PLEASE SIGN UP AND YOU WILL HAVE UP TO two (2) MINUTES TO SPEAK AFTER ALL OPEN FORUM ITEMS ON THE AGENDA ARE DISCUSSED.  OPEN FORUM IS THE CHANCE FOR MEMBERS TO SPEAK IN FRONT OF THE BOARD.  NO BOARD ACTION CAN BE TAKEN ON ANY DISCUSSION DURING MEMBERSHIP OPEN FORUM.
