1. Discuss and Act upon removing from current board, Steve Floyd.  Mr. Floyd is an appointee by the board, not elected by the property owners. (Expiration 6-30-25)
2. Discuss and Act upon removing from current board, Don Kozlovski. Mr. Kozlovski is a member elected by the property owners. (Expiration 6-30-25)
3. Discuss and Act upon direct appointment to the board until June 21, 2025, Annual POA Meeting when officers will be elected by all property owners.
