- Discus and act upon contracting a loan from Roads checking account into the Maintenance checking account. The specific amount to be determined by the board during the meeting, but should be between $20,000 and $30,000. This loan is to be paid back within six months of the funds transfer date. This loan transfer will provide the funding for purchasing the materials and equipment for new gate equipment, office computers with necessary hardware and cameras. This will provide better security for all POA residents.
