You will need to be available Friday 8/8, Tues 8/12 and Sat 8/16.

For Fri & Tues come by the office by 10 AM to help with the ballots. On Sat 8/16 the prep for the meeting will begin by 2 PM for counting the ballots.

To help with the sign in committee  arrive by  1:15.
