1. MEMBERSHIP OPEN FORUM

Property members wishing to speak must be acknowledged by the Chairperson properly. Each Member properly recognized by the President or Chairperson will have no more than two (5) minutes to speak. If someone else who is recognized by the Chair may not yield their speaking time to someone who has already spoken. [TPC Sec. 209.0051] [No Texas Law allowing members to yield their speaking time]
