Start with a splash
The Swimming Pools
It’s always a wonderful feeling taking that first dip on a hot summer’s day. We have a pool in both sections of the community which is open for the whole family to enjoy. One is located right next to the club house on the east shore of Lake Palestine and the other is in the west side of the community towards the end of Palo Duro Ln.

The Clubhouse
This is a great place for families to get together. There are numerous parties held buy the community throughout the year. What’s even better is the pool is right next door. The exterior of the clubhouse also has the restrooms and changing rooms available for community members while using the pool. Community members can contact the office for more information on how to book an event.
Fun for the children
The Playgrounds
Having fun outdoors is always important. Getting out of the house and having somewhere to expel all that energy is key. The playground is open to kids of all ages and is in a very well shaded area keeping that afternoon scorching sun at bay. The playground is located near the clubhouse.

The Parks
Taking time to enjoy nature is always a great activity. We have a few parks located in various locations across Shadybrook. The parks allow the community members the ability to get some fresh air, spend time with their families, and relax.

The Wildlife
With the vast amount of acreage Shadybrook has, there is a numerous amount of wildlife to take in. The densely wooded roads around the community lend great opportunity to viewing deer and other wildlife that might walk by.

There nothing like catching that first fish of teh season. Our community has great access to the lake to fish from the banks, the docks, or by boat.
